Default Parts for a 2002 2900 SCR

Can anyone recommend a good source for replacement parts for a 2002 2900 SCR? I see several choices on the Internet but I'm hoping to avoid trial and error. Thanks.

Welcome aboard! I don't know about everyone else but I have certain websites for certain parts. What are you buying?

What type of parts? Engine, drive, accessories or main boat items. Different answers for all.

Hello Mike,

Thank you for replying. Right now I need two items. First, there are two small running lights on the port and starboard sides of the boat on the bow. The plastic cover on one of the lights is broken and needs to be replaced. Second, the lock on the cabin door is broken.

Running lights should be Perko components. Try Defender for the lock.

Thanks for the summary Shrew. One other question...does anyone make a carpet for the helm and top side seating area?

Welcome Giofreddo! I'm glad we can help you with your parts quest and we all like helping new boaters in whatever way we can. As a suggestion try to Google some of these parts manufacturers and you will be surprised what you can find on the Internet. And if you can't ....well that what we all enjoy doing for new boaters....pointing you in the right direction. As your carpet goes...Google marine carpet and a bunch will pop up.They will send you a template kit. You make what you want and they send the finished product back to you or call your local carpet store and see what they can do.

What Roger said or have a local marine canvas shop make it.

+3 on local marine canvas shop making cockpit rugs. They install the proper backing and snaps as well.

Default Maxum 2900 SCR ventilation ovals figure need

Hello everyone, thanks for sharing your experiences, this time I need to get the ventilation accessory for the right side with the Maxum logo, it is the oval figure that keeps the two ventilation hoses of the engine cabin behind the Maxum 2900 SCR, if anyone knows where I can buy it or find it, I would appreciate it.
