Hello,
I cannot open the parts diagram on the Maxum Customer Care site. I get an plug in error code. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or perhaps a work around?

Did you try another browser? Sometimes chrome doesn’t play well with Java plug-ins. Try Microsoft edge or Firefox. If Mac, try safari.

Yes I have tried the browsers Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I'm just wondering if others can still acess all the parts diagrams?

Same issue here, using Firefox and Safari.
