Sorry I do not know what that reading means nor am I familiar with that interface, have you googled it?

Are you sure the power at the pier is good and not polarity reversed?

Have you turned on the main breaker?

Got a picture of the panel?

Then you may need to pull the panel and start checking to see why no power, is power getting to the breaker, with the breaker set is power coming out,...?

Check all the wires to the battery. Especially the violet lead. Make sure they all have good connectivity.

Ok rereading this thread. Shore power will provide power to the microwave and frig on this boat, all else is 12V and comes from the batteries. Is the switch on?

The panel light (red) is an indicator that shore power is present, so either no shore power or the light is not working.

I think we need a clearer description of the problem to narrow down the scope of the problem. The boat has AC (120v) and DC (12v). The shore power would plug into the AC side. You should have a panel with a main, then a series of smaller circuit breakers (similar to the house). There should be an AC circuit dedicated to the battery charger.

Battery Charger IN is AC, battery charger OUT is DC. This goes to a battery switch.

If the AC devices (microwave, outlets, charger, Air conditioning/heat) are not working that is the AC side. If the 12v devices (water pumps, lights, starter) are not working that is the DC side.

The fridge runs both AC and DC.

So, what is not working in your boat. Could you provide more detailed information?

Question , if I hook up the boats power from the extension cord , will I need to turn on the red power battery switch that says 1-2-full ? To have power on the boat?

No. If you are hooking up to shore power you should not need to turn the battery switch on.

Philbo, depends on what "power" he is looking for. Agree with Shrew, we need more info to help you diagnose.

Two seperate systems as shrew stated. Shore power is for all AC items; microwave, air conditioner, battery charger, and outlets.

The battery switch you refer to is for 12 V systems; engine systems, lights, radios

Turns out that some of the cables behind the switch board were not hooked up also the light on the main power switch does not work so I thought I was not getting power. when I am hooked up to shore power every thing works except the fridge.

Thanks for the update. Sounds like the frig is not detecting AC power and switching over.
