Default Low water pressure question

The galley faucet provides only a minimal stream. Both hot and cold come out but it is a trickle. The head faucet provides a good stream but with a high pitch noise that seems to come from the faucets. The courtesy sink faucet works fine (like I would expect), but the swim platform gives a minimal stream. Both hot and cold are available but impeded. Attaching a hose to the port stern intake makes no difference and the holding tank is full. What is the diagnosis?

Sounds like a blocked screen at the nozzle...pull the nozzle apart and clean the screen out...should fix it...if there is no screen at the faucet nozzle..pull the hose off the head and see if there is a blockage there....

should fix it..
