Logo embroidery files

Does anyone know where I can obtain the embroidery file in dst or pes format? I have several shirts I would like to add the logo to and the machine to do it.

My wife says she has a logo graphic and can change it into a .dst or .pes.

She has to dig around for it. That file was well over 10 years ago.

I would very much appreciate a copy if she is able to find it.

Do you have the ability to convert a .jpg, .pdf or other file format into a .dst or .pes format?

It turns out she made the image in Adobe Illustrator, then copied it onto the fabric and embroidered the logo by hand. (We don't have an embroidery machine).
