Default Lie flat seat mechanism

Hi all
I purchased a boat with the Seats already removed from it. I’ve had them reupholstered now and looking to install them all. Does anyone have information on the mechanism that holds the front and rear half of the folding/lie flat seat together? I figured out how to get them on the rails but I can’t see how to connect them at the top of the back to form a hinge?

Also does anyone know what the original hardware to hold the backrests and Seat cushions at the rear beside the engine cover?

Welcome aboard!

What model and year boat do you have? Is this a single back to back or a cruiser bench seat although the hardware isn’t much different but I’ve never removed mine but it will help others to know this information.
