Ok, I’m an idiot. The fuse box under the helm is bad. I moved the red purple to another terminal and the boat starts. Thanks for all the help guys. I’m going to west marine tomorrow to pick up a new one.

Yes the fuse boxes they used are low budget and corrosion issues are common resulting in poor connections. I recommend a Blue Seas unit.

Before and After of the fuse box. i replaced the single 18 circuit with 2 twelves. So much corrosion in the box circuits. Works great now! Thanks again!

Good work! Glad you figured out the problem, sometimes the troubleshooting process can be frustrating but it always feels good when the solution is found.

Now go enjoy that boat!

You may want to label the wires or fuses so you know what they feed for future reference. Glad the issue is behind you.

Will do, thanks! Also question Mike. Where is the horn located on the 2400 SCR? i think we have the same year and model. The switch works, but i need to locate and test the horn.

The horn is a grill on the froward port side about inline with the bow cleat.
