Welcome aboard!

First these manuals are very vague with specific information.

OK do this in segments. Got water is in the tank. Water from the tank is getting to the pump. Water is getting from the pump to your faucet. The pump is 12volt, there is a switch usually near the faucet, needs to be on. Is the pump working, break the line between the pump and faucet to see if water is being pumped. Also the pump has a mesh strainer and that needs to be clean. If water is being pumped through open up the faucet and you should have water. If not you might have a water line disconnected, check that.

So follow these steps and you will have water!

Good luck

Roger

Thank you so much! I will try that out this weekend. I am not getting water to the sink or the shower head in the back so I will try your suggestions.

Thank you so much for the help!

Like Roger said is the water tank full?

Did you turn on the pump? Red rocker switch at galley.

Do you hear the pump running?

Any signs of water at any faucet?

Try disconnecting the pumps output hose to see if it pumping.

Thanks guys!

There is water in the tank. I flipped the switch in the galley but did not hear the pump running.

There is no sign of water at any faucet. Im guessing the pump just needs to be replaced?

Also the water has been in there for two years. It was like that when i bought it and couldn't figure out how to drain it so i just left it in there. But i want to get the system working now. Is there a specific way to drain it and clean/flush the system?

2 year old water = algae growth. Clean all the filters, replace the pump and dump a lot of bleach in the new water you add after pumping the tank dry.

Default system flush

i would check to see if you have power to pump if so then pump is probably bad. if not check fuses and wiring. every spring i flush system with fresh water then add a small amoubt of bleach. kinda smells like city water. i only use water system to wash hands and rinse dirty dishes ect. use bottled water for cooking, brushing teeth, and drinking. good luck.

When you turn on the switch did it light up? If not check the fuse if yes check for power at the pump. Sometimes the pump motor will run but the pump section is bad. There is a prefilter that can clog, it's on the pumps input side.
