Default Drive shaft 4100 SCA

I have to replace my drive shaft on my 1999 4100 SCA, the boat is still in the water. Does anyone know the length of the shaft, I believe its a 2" shaft and is it hard to replace myself. Had it pulled out at beginning of season to try and straighten it but that didn't work too well, starts to vibrate at 2000 rpm so guess time to get a new one made.

Did you verify the cutlass bearing is good?

Doesn't the shop that tried to straighten it have exact dimensions? They'd be working in 100th of an inch
