Drain Fittings

I have a 1998 Maxum 4100 SCR. Throughout the boat there are many 1/4 drains that connect to 3/8 tubing supporting water drainage. They look like little flush mount thru-hulls with threaded jam nuts to hold them in place and a barbed fitting for the tubing. The Maxum part number is 53046 and they are called "DRAIN FITTING 1/4". I see the same part used on Bayliner and Trophy models as well. Several on my boat are failing due to age and UV exposure and I am having a real hard time finding a suitable replacement. Has any else found a solution?
