Default dock power station

Has anyone built their own dock side power station for their boat? I'm looking for marine grade, 30amp screw female terminal to install on my post, cannot seem to find online. I did install a twist lock, but wanted something more secure and protected from the weather. Thoughts?

You can buy them already made and have more time to boat....

I had a power pedestal installed last year when I had power ran to my pier. The pedestal has 2 twist locks and on 220VAC duplex outlet.
