Default Dash cover and pump out

I noticed a Black fitting on the hose going to the pump out fitting. Is this a non-return valve? Also looking for Dash cover for 2002 SCR 3300. Would like to get price.

Can you post a picture of the thing in the waste line. May be a Y valve for a overboard pump out while at sea.

Best bet for the helm cover is a local canvas shop.

The fitting is between the holding tank and the pump out deck fitting. No overboard pump out. I figured it might be a non-return. Just thought someone might know for sure. Local canvas shop don't seem interested unless they ar doing other canvas work with it.

There are actually a few parts between the point A and point B that you describe. The holding tank would have a threaded fitting screwed into the tank with a hose barb on it. There would be a hose connected to the hose barb of the fitting. The hose would then go to the deck plate.

There wouldn't be a purpose for a check valve on the pump out fitting. It might be an inline connector 'hose barb - hose barb'. sometimes people do that to avoid replacing the entire run.

I might just take it off and see what it is. But it's not just a coupling.. It looks like part of it screws off. I was just curious to see if anyone knew instead of taking it off

Does not sound normal, once again a picture would be helpful.
