Cushion help

Hello we just purchased a Maxum 2000 SR3 year 2006 with a 350-mercury cruiser. We are looking for some interior help for the back cushion. Everything else is in great condition! Any advice on how to make the inside original or how to fix that back cushion?

I’m not familiar with your model but for most who don’t have either the tools or talent to sew I would have the cushion fabricated by a upholstery shop.
