Does it have to be a paper copy, or will an electric copy sufice?

My paper copy is one change out of date but all phones and tablets on boad have the current version.

You'll need to check you states regs. on this.

As a Power Squadron VSC examiner you need the book if your boat is over 40 feet plus a written and posted waste plan. Amazon has them for a quick order.

Printed out the waste plan and put it in the 'documents' book last week's (a good catch/heads up from my surveyor). I'll grab a COLREGS when I'm out this afternoon.
