Can't find info

Hey all,
I have an opportunity to buy a maxum boat and I can not find and info on the boat. The owner says it's a 1992 maxum mx 822. In the pictures it does say maxum and the mx 822. It's a cabin cruiser with a mercruiser 4.3. Any if would help. Thanks.

When you say cabin cruiser do you mean a true cruiser with head, galley and berths or a cuddly cabin?

It's just a cuddy cabin. It's roughly 21 feet long. I don't have pictures just yet. Just the ones he had on his phone.
