Default Bow floor hatch hinge for 2005 2400 SR3

The hinges on the "cooler" bow floor hatch broke on my 2005 2400SR3. I ordered replacements from Brunswick (part #1702325) and the holes don't match up. The original hinge, a 3"x2" 6 hole butt hinge, has offset holes, and the replacement part has inline holes. Brunswick has acknowledged the supplied replacement won't work (without filling and redrilling), and stated other people have had the same problem. They are trying to figure it out.

I've looked at Perko, Seadog and bunch of other hinges and can't find the right size and pattern.

Has anyone found a true replacement for part #1702325 with offset holes?

Thanks.

Welcome aboard

Not an uncommon issue as the third party suppliers change designs over time. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and make some modification.
