Default BoatUS Towing service

Hi All,

Sorry for having so many questions but I was wondering if anyone has ever used BoatUS fir the unlimited inland towing service in the US? I have an ad for $53 per year for unlimited towing and I just wonder if they are any good? Thanks.

absolutely......it's a good deal.....remember...if you break down on the water....there is none around...who you gonna call??...I know a guy that got towed in 3 times in one weekend...didn't cost him a cent ....
it could have cost him from the time towboat leaves dock...to back to dock....something in the neighborhood of 400 bucks each time....he didn't pay anything since he was a tow boater client.....definitely worth it..

Thanks Seapup. I just signed up and it will go into effect on Monday. Hope nothing happens before...

On another note, any idea where I can buy a quick release wallet? I'm already sick of going in and out of it! :P

It is definately worth having. I signed up for the first time this year because of the low price and a month later my engine quit an hour away from my home port. They came and towed me back to my marina. They did a very professional job and all I had to do was sign the $615 invoice showing I had been towed.
