Thumbs up boat waxing 101

well...today I got up early and fixed the admirable and I breakfast...then grabbed my shower and raced up to the boat to start waxing...well..there are 2 things I didn't take into effect which caused me to work my butt off twice to 3 times as hard.....first off the I was racing the sun cuz it was on the port side of the boat..so...I started waxing the stern and swim step areas first...which wouldn't dry due to it being in the shade....well...it was also coolish today which didn't allow the wax to dry quickly....so..had to wax an area..move on to the next area..wax that one...then go back and take off the first section....then go back to the next section...and go back to the first section cuz the next level dried....back and forth....took me all day long to do 3/4's of the boat...I have 1/4 of a section to finish...dang am I feeling my 60 yrs today......back, shoulders and arms hurt.....

well..hopefully next weekend I can get the last part done and I can start on the topside of the boat.....I think this boat grew over winter....it seems alot larger than 35 ft this yr!!!

SP. I do feel your pain.........I had much smaller job this weekend in which I got our jet ski waxed and ready for the new season. Nothing a couple ibuprofen won't cure:-)
