Question Boat cover

I need to wash my cover. Can I machine wash this with clothes washing powder? I will let it dry outside.

I'd use one of those industrial type washers with a mild soap such as some woolite....then don't forget to put some 3m water protectant back on it...

or even better.......bring it to the dry cleaner shop and let them clean and protect it.......i know when i have to get a new cover i'll take something of a very light plastic material like i had on my bayliner.....easy to clean with a brush and soap by yourself and 10 times lighter than the material i have now.....(but i'll hope the fabric cover of my 2009 - 2400sc3 will last for a few years)

greatz, ed
