Default Amps

Good morning, can anyone tell me how many amps my 2800scr puts out while not running and not plugged in? Also is there a portable inverter on the market that I can just plug in and use once in awhile to do a couple cups of coffee and then run a microwave also, but not at the same time?

Shore power is going to be 120VAC at 30 amps per connection. So the max you can draw from the panel will be 30 amps. Your main breaker is probably 2 x15 amps VAC. How many breakers are are on the panel and what is their current capacity?

Not sure if the boat puts out any amps if not running and not plugged in.
Your shore power probably has one or two 30amp in connectors for one or two shore power cords. Likely one cord with no A.C. and two cords with AC. Like Shrew said 2x15 total 30amps available.

I have a single plug. So if no amps when not running, I guess that means the receptacles are dead without a generator or shore power. Sorry to sound ignorant but I am just learning the boat and it is in storage so I cant just run outside to try things when a question pops up.

Correct the 110VAC receptacles only get power from either shore power or the generator if equipped.
