Default A/C Voltmeter

I have a 2004 3100SE and the voltmeter for shore power doesn't work. Indicator lights for both shore power cords work ok, and shore power checks good with a multimeter but the shore power voltmeter stays at 0. the position of the switch under the voltmeter has no effect.
Anyone have a similar problem or has anyone replaced the voltmeter?Ooops pic rotated?

Start with the switch, then move to the meter itself. It's 18 yrs old and they fairly inexpensive. I'm usually more concerned with the draw side of the 12vdc and 120vac than with the supply side anyway. If I recall, I think that gauge only measures the 120VAC supply side, which doesn't typically change.

Thanks Shrew, time to start tracing electrons. You're right supply side probably not to important if boat accepts it, just frustrating knowing meter not working, it's a curse being a Virgo.
