3 electrical plugs don't work 1999 4100SCR

I have 3 plugs that don't work, one in the galley, one in the bathroom and one out side in the cabinet under the sink. All the others on the boat work, all the GFI's I can find are fine. Doe's anyone know of a hidden GFI's that's hard to find. This issue really feels like a GFI is tripped but I cant find one that is.

Try a GFI tester. Is there a GFI in the engine compartment?

I would start by tracing from the outlet breaker on the panel to the first outlet. I'd expect to get AC on the outbound side of the breaker. If it's a GFI there will be AC on the Line side of the outlet and no AC on the Load side of the outlet.
