Glad that helped!
Manual could be a little harder to find, but here is a start for an online parts catalog.

http://www.maxumboatparts.com/

As for the engine you can find some great after makert repair guides. Just buy the one that matches your engine and out drive.
Heres a starting place.

Default Parts Cont...

Ok, here's another one....(1996 Maxum 1900)

I need to replace the two seats (driver and passenger)...I THINK. The covering is in excellent shape however where the pivots are that allow the seats to turn into the lounge, there is a peice of marine plywood which is screwed into the seat bottom. It appears to me that in the seat there must be another peice of marine plywood that holds the screws....well, this seems to be rotten as the marine plywood with the aluminum tube which rides in the track seperates from the bottom of the seat (screws pull out clean.)

I have seen in Boaters World etc that they sell the whole seat with the base....Is there any other option? The base seems really good. Of course so does the viynl....

Default seats

I saw some pretty nice total replacement chairs at the US boats shop in Alexandria, but this was just before Christmas. Guess it depends on depth of your pockets and where you want to put the bucks. As you enter the store, they had them in boxes at the very top of the shelves on the left hand side. What I liked was the built in foot rest mid way down the pedestal, and height adjustable.

Default Seat Upholstery

A couple of yers ago, I completely rebuilt the interior of my Maxum. I found this shop http://www.letastopshop.com/index.php?path=contact

Kim has the original plans for all the older model upholstery skins for Maxum, Bayliner and related brands. They look better than fatory.
