Default 1995 2300 SC Cockpit Cover

Where can I buy a snap on cockpit cover for a 1995 Maxum 2300 SC? I am putting the boat in a boat well this season exposed and I need the cover for easy on/off use while it's in the slip all year.

Welcome

A local canvas shop can make a cover.

Try Leta top shop as they have the original patterns but you will need to install the snaps.

I had a local shop make mine for $700 back in 2008

Doubt you will get one for less than that

Welcome to boating. The boating world doesn't work that way.

There are way to many makes and models, with changes over the years and too few out there. There are thousands upon thousands of cars on the road for every one boat on the water.

If a manufacturer tried to make a cockpit cover for every single variation, they would need a warehouse the size of Rhode Island to store it all. Now picture how a retailer would store that and the floor space it would take. They would loose money.

They do make generic storage covers, but those are more for storing on a trailer. What you want simply does not exist.

Call a local canvas guy. I doubt it will be over $1000.

B.O.A.T = Break Out Another Thousand.

Just wait, eventually the words "Wow, that's under $1,000, that's very affordable" will come out of your wife's mouth at some point in your future. It'll happen.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll start shopping for canvas. I was hoping to find a used cover but that sounds like a pipe dream. I'm using my Bimini for now. Thanks again.
