Default Water Tank Gauge - 4600 SCB

Has anyone had to replace a water tank gauge?

The gauge in the boat is a Rochester gauge. https://tinyurl.com/2s3zf45s

I get power to the gauge on the power panel aka main gauge, but the gauge in the water tank and the "main gauge" don't have the same reading. Plus the main gauge is acting wonky and bouncing all over the place.

How difficult is it to visually inspect your water tanks? Water and Holding Tank senders are notoriously unreliable. We just lift a hatch and look. For the 30 gallon holding tank, we pump out every 3rd day.

In order to view the water tank gauge I need to go into the guest stateroom and move the beddding. Not tough, but it would be better to see it where I am suppose to see it at the "main gauge".

Up date for anyone that is interested. I was able to get the water tank meter/gauge out and identifed the manufacturer as Rochester Gauges. The guage in my boat is a 8700 Series Adjustable Gauges, Direct Read or TwinSite Sender. The sender is probaly bad as is the adjustable float so i ordered a new one from https://liquidlevels.net/?country=US. The fee was about $329 with standard shipping from VA to CA. If you like to see pics etc please let me know.
