In the aft cabin where the floor steps down, there is a small piece with the floor light mounted to it. Pull on that piece(stuck with Velcro), sump pump is right behind this panel.

Is there a switch for the sump that needs to be turned on?

In my 3200 there is not a switch. In the shower sump there is a float switch that activates the pump. The shower and the AC if equipped both drain to this box. Check for power to the sump, then check the float switch.

No switch here.....sump box has a bilge pump with separate float switch.....some may have pump with built in switch. I have been in 4 other 3200's from varying years......no switch in head, all in sump boxes. Jesse

They shipped with a mix. Some had internal float switches in the shower sump, while others shipped with a manual shower switch. The shower switch should be a red, lit switch similar to the water switch in or around the galley. My 97 2800 has such a manual, lit switch. In the 2800 it's in the forward bilge underneath the shower. However it is also just on the other side of the mid-cabin bulkhead and technical about 12" from the admirals head. She LOVES it in the middle of the night when I hit the pump switch instead of the light. (Stupid placement right next to each other).

3200's do not have a switch to turn on the shower sump.
