Default Panel removal, 4100SCB

I want to remove a panel and am not sure how it is attached. It’s at the top of the ladder to the bridge deck, on the starboard side, just rearward of the cabinet for the sink. It’s an upholstered bolster type panel. Hoping someone can recognize what I have described and can say how it’s attached or how to remove it.

I was just looking at mine yesterday and it had pulled loose on one side. It's screwed in with the trim stapled over the screws.

I suspected that to be the case. Crap!
Thanks for the tip.
