My 41 SCA is wired the same way. The 2K Inverter feeds all the 120 outlets. The inverter has it's own battery charger. I use 2 - 6 Volt golf cart batteries in series to feed the inverter (was an 8D deep cell originally....but WAY to heavy to replace). What I soon discover was if the inverter batteries go low, then the system will shut itself off to protect the batteries from totally discharging. None of the 120 outlets will have power when this happens.

So what i have to do every so often (perhaps once or twice a year) is jump 12 volts from the house batter near-by to the inverter battery bank. That "wakes up" the inverter computer/circuit and things are ok again. It only takes a second or two to get things started again.
