Default AC / Heat 1999 4100 SCA

One of my AC/Heater units won’t heat. I can only move the temp up to 61 degrees. I have water coming in and out. Any suggestions?

Mine wouldn't heat because the thermostat was programmed to cool only, I reset it and now works fine.

I have only been able to, change from heat to cool, by moving the temp one way or the other. What did you do to reset your unit?

My units work the same way. If the thermostat reads higher than what the unit it set too......AC. If the thermostat reads lower than what the unit is set too....heat.

There is a single pump for both units. Even if only one unit is on, both units will discharge water. Water discharge only indicates that A unit is sending a signal to the pump to run, not whether that unit is running.

The fact that you can't get the panel to go higher than 61 sounds like it might be an issue with the panel.
