Default 95 3200 SCR helm controls for windlass

Anyone have any experience with setting up controls in the helm area for controlling their windlass? My 95 3200 SCR has foot controls at the bow, that's good when there is a second person on board, but not so good when its just me on board. Would like to keep both the foot controls and a new control in the helm area operational.

Have you looked to see what the manufacture offers for a helm switch?

Should be straight forward as the switches should just get wired in parallel.

I'm just beginning to look in to the same thing on my 3000. It looks like those foot switches actually switch the high current, rather than controlling relays, so a relay system will have to be installed. Post up what you find out in your research!

I have a 96 3200 SCR with the original Simpson Lawrence wiring diagram for two control points I will be at my boat in a day or two and take pictures of the pages and post for you.
