Default 4600 SCB Fuel Consumption

Hello all -

I searched but couldn't find this info - I am hoping you can help.

I am looking at a 4600SCB with the 450's. I cant locate the RPM/GPH/Speed data curve for this boat. Anything you can share?

Many thanks!

David

Hi David,

See attached data sheet. There are 2 files with fuel consumption one of the graphs. We've owned our 4600 for 11 years and can say from experience that at speed (20 kts +/-) you get a bit less than 1 NM per gallon and at hull speeds (1000 RPM +/-) you may get a little better.

Regards,
Steve

Recommend checking out Seaboard Marine (sbmar.com) and Boatdiesel.com. Each has a wealth of information about the 450 Cummins.
