The 12v system uses a common ground. You have 3 blowers? That seems like overkill.
Are all three blowers not working? How did you determine this is a ground related issue?
I doubt there is a common ground bus bar. I would follow the ground back from each blower.
To troubleshoot further, gab a length of tinned wire, rig it with a clamp and connect it to the positive terminal of a batter. Run the wire back to the the blower. Now test the existing ground wire with the positive jumper using a volt meter.
If the circuit it good, it's not the ground. If the circuit is not good, it is likely the ground.
Sometimes it's easier to just run a new circuit.
