Has anyone had or resolved a leak from the cockpit down into the battery area in the bilge? Haven't been in there while its been raining yet.

sounds like there is some thought about rain run down then

Although the 3200 and 3300 have different angles for their radar arch, I will mention my case.

I have spent some time to understand some tendencies of run off to sometimes curl around the radar arch while it is raining. I do hope to make some improvements with my canopy within a year to handle this. I had started a thread for it a few months ago. My original attempt of adding some weather stripping had not addressed it fully and will probably need to go with u-shaped tubing / splines to keep all runoff along the arch.
