Default 1999 Maxum 4100 SCA Fuel Pickups (Diesel)

Looking for a parts manual, but can't find one. Does anyone know where I can buy new fuel pickups for my fuel tanks. I have Cummins 5.9 370's. Lastly, if anyone also has some tips or vid's on how to remove them that would be helpful. I tried and they are a bitch to loosen so far. I'm going to soak them with FreeAll, but would appreciate any other tips anyone might have. Oh and how long and what size should the tubes be into the tank if I replace the pickups and see the tubes might need to be replaced as well.

Thanks in advance
Lenny

Pickups are dictated by the depth of the tank, not the motor. You're best bet is to get one removed and measure the length.

Seachoice sells a 12" and 24" with a note that they can be cut to length.

https://defender.com/en_us/moeller-f...k-up-033500-24

Moeller sells a 24" only and also indicates it can be cut to length.

Thanks Shrew... I clicked the link, but those don't look like the pickups on top of my tanks. I don't have pics of mine, but I'll take some and post next time I'm down at the boat. I do know that the fuel line I replaced to try and see if it resolved the vacuum issue I'm having is a 1/2" ID hose that went from the fuel tank to the fuel relay in front of the port engine and I also replaced the fuel line from that relay to the racor fuel filter. Those changes didn't fix my vacuum issue, so now I want to check the pickups. Pic is from the back side of that fuel relay in the hot water heater compartment.

That pic looks like it is the front-side of a fuel manifold (not a relay). The backside of the fuel manifold would show the manifold, connections and fuel lines.
