Default TV Antenna Mount 2400SCR

I installed a TV last year in my cabin. We have a firestick for use most of the time, but would like to have access to some local channels, especially during football season. End of last year I bought a Shakespeare Seawatch TV antenna. I stuck it kind near one of the windows and it worked ok, but I am thinking a perm mount outside the cabin would prob be best. Curious if anyone has mounted one, and can give some location pointers. Pics would be even better. Appreciate any input. Thanks!!!

I installed a Seawatch 19" 360 degree digital antenna. I mounted mine on the arch next to the radar dome. It works really well but depends on your location.

That looks awesome! But unfortunately I don't have an arch. Wish I did, that looks nice!

Go out and buy $10.00 square antenna at Walmart and about 20 feet of coaxial cable . Put it all together and just bring it out to the cockpit area and see what position the antenna works best. You can buy them with an amplifier which your going to plug into a 110 outlet. They are about $30.00.

Good luck

Thanks Roger. I already have the amplified antenna. I wonder if I can just install an external coax connection. Have the inside part run to the TV, and then just need to attach the antenna tot he other side outside when I want to use it. I only use when tied up the dock anyway. Will just need to figure out the 110 part. I have dock power, but would need to figure out how to plug it in without having extension cords running everywhere.
