Default Shore Power Issues

On another note, where are the ground bus(s) for the 30 amp shoreline plugs. I’m getting a very very dim green blinking light and only 6-8 amps on the inverter so I want to make sure the grounds are not corroded. Additionally are the bus bars grounded to the battery or to the engine and where on the engine/ bell housing.

You'll have to ask some of the experts on this site for that answer. Sorry.

The dim green would be to poor connections on the hot or neutral and not the ground as it doesn’t carry current unless in a fault, short. The connections are behind the panel. There should be a buss bar for connecting all grounds together that connects to the engine block which is then connected to the battery negative through the heavy (starting) battery cable.

Does anyone know the location of the bus bar? I hooked up the shore power and I have power to most of the appliances and no lights on the panel. My stove doesn’t work, my fridge doesn’t work, and I don’t know if the water heater works or not, currently fixing the water pumps. Is it unusual for the breakers to go bad?

The lights may be burned out as several others have had this happen. Have you measured for voltage at the stove? Could be the element is burned out. Yes breakers can go bad. I would stop worrying about a ground buss bar as this doesn’t carry power but is only a safety ground. You need to start at each appliance not working and measure for voltage, if not voltage go to that appliances breaker and check for voltage.

Got it! Gonna pull the breaker panel today and test the breakers!
