Default No Voltage at the Horn button: 2008 2500 SE

I recently (August 2014) bought a 2008 2500 SE and at the time of inspection the horn worked, but about a month later the horn was not working, so I had my mechanic check it this fall while it was being winterized. He's telling me that there's no voltage at the horn button, so he thinks it's a fuse or tripped breaker, but we're unable to locate the horn fuse or breaker. Does anyone know where these would be located? Thanks,

welcome aboard.

I do not know the exact loaction on this model but would suspect the fuse panel is under the helm, look for a door down low.
