Thanks for documenting this. Hope I never have to do this but both of my boats are know for tank leaks.

No problem!!! Once I am done, Im going to put a post up step by step best I can with all the pics I tried grabbing.. Couple of tips and tricks I found. This forum has helped me a TON so be nice to pay it back for all knowledge I have gotten.

Oh, forgot to answer your other question, I didnt see any noticeable holes in the tank but it was almost midnight by time I got it out so going to take it out of my car and go over it in the daylight and see if I see anything.

Here’s the measurements for the new tank they provided. Cutting length down to 40” lost me 10 gallons. So this will be a 60 gallon tank vs 70. I always fill at half tank anyway so not concerned there. Notable edits they made for this custom tank….the fill and vent will be pipe threaded in to allow removal to put back in. And ground was flipped around so it faced forward and wont catch the wall.
