Default Cabin door

Hello. I am looking for a cabin door for a 1995 Maxum SCR 2400. Does anyone know of a parts dealer that might be able to help?

Welcome aboard!

Nope the Maxum line was closed in 2009 and the surplus parts are gone. It’s just a flat plexiglass door so you should be able make a replacement. Do you have the pieces of the original to use as a pattern?

Yes. I just has one split in the door about 4 inches long. I saw something else on here where a guy gave the name of the company he got the piece from. Thanks.

Is that door curved at the top to match the dash? That will be a tricky piece to fabricate..

Nope flat panel that is trapezoid shaped, wider at the top.

Got it .. It's hinged then. Mine is on a track and slides behind the dash. It would be near impossible to fabricate at home...

Flat panel door the swings out plus a flat top that’s 1/4 circle shade the pivots.

My buddies 2800 SCR is set up like that. Mines an SE so it is different.

That door should be easy to fabricate.

I own a 1995 2400 SCR with a small crack at the bottom of the dark tinted plexiglass door. There is a company here on the west coast called TAP PLASTICS that do excellent work. They can duplicate the door with rounded edges. I can only image the cost would be quite expensive for this type of custom work.
