Default 2400scr drop-in anchor roller

The anchor roller on my 2003 2400SE is worn out. The starboard flange on the roller is gone.
It is a drop in the middle of the pulpit type roller, there is no room for a bolt on oehter side of the roller axle. Every item I see online has a bolt on each side of the drop in.

Does anyone know where I can find an exact replacement? One with the three bolts per side and I guess a riveted roller axle like this original equipment roller?

Note there is no room for a bolt on either side of the roller. And that the right side of my roller is missing the side flange. Sometimes the anchor gets stuck in that gap.

I’ve never seen a direct replacement for this roller.

The mounting flanges are fine. It's the roller that needs to be replaced.

The roller is a bolt and a nut. Remove the bolt and nut to remove the roller itself. When you pull the bolt, be careful. there is often a steel tube that runs on the inside to prevent overtightening from squeezing the roller. (Not always, but be aware).

Measure the space between the steel cheeks and measure the width of the existing roller.

Now go find one that fits that width. exact diameter/radius are irrelevant, but get it close.

Replaced mine last year. 1995 2400 SCR and found used OEM roller on ebay. Removing and replacing the 6 screws and nylock nuts from the bow was not fun at all but did get it done.

Ah, I see, the pulpit is hollow. My 2800 was the same way. My current boat is not, so you can access the bolt for the roller wheel.

You have to reach into the bow pulpit to get to nylocs on the backside of that roller, just to remove it to remove the roller wheel?? What a PITA!!

When I ordered mine for my 3000 this was 15 years ago. But here is the phone of the marina that made these for us marine. 909 985 9993. Garhayer marine is their name. The part number was 57382 and 55751 . Two sizes 1 3/4 and 2 1/8. Hope this helps.
