Default 1991 SCR2700 deck windows leaking

Does anyone know how thick those curved windows are?
The former owner has replaced the holding screws from those windows with screws with a conical head, and now they have cracks in them around the holes and are leaking.
I want to replace the windows, but i will have to fabricate them myself, don't know any company who sells spares.
If someone knows where i can buy replacements, please post!
Reason i ask this is that i want to have the material to make them at hand before i take the windows out.
Thank you for any help, Alain.

I just replaced mine with perspex. I am sure the glass was 5.7 mm.
The perspex was 5.5 mm.
I took the glass out and made a template with it.
The problem was the template didn't allow for the curve. Therefore it doesn't quite fit perfectly. Still close enough. The rubbers on the bottom were 2nd hand so I ended up using fly screen rubber either side of the perspex.
Happy with the end result.

Do you have any photos of the project in progress or finished?
