Default Maxum 2400SD Grab handles

Hey all, Does anyone know how to access the grab handle bolts. Mine have turned black and crappy. Want to replace with stainless. I cant figure out for the life of me how to access them. I assume they are accessed behind the back rest cushions in the bow but I cant figure out how to remove them. Any help much appreciated. Note, the pic is for reference.

I'd remove the seats and try to reach up behind the backrest from there. You might be able to see how the backrests are attached. I'd also try sliding the backrest UP.
