I plan on installing a 6’ 3 bow Bimini on my 02 1900 sr. My question is where to place the bow frame mounts. Is the windshield frame safe or not ? With the many contours of this model I’m thinking the front mounts should be placed to the outside of the windshield and about 3” below top of gunnel. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
