advice on 4 blade vs 3 blade prop for 210ss

Looking to purchase a 4 blade prop to help with wake surfing

3 works ok but i think a 4 would be better

I am the biggest advocate of a 4 blade. I mainly use the boat for either water skiing, toys or have 5+ people on the boat. Way better hole shot and more control especially at lower speeds. I don't need high top end speed so for the sake of a couple of MPH, I'm beyond happy.

Last piece of advice, you may need to drop two pitches to account for the extra drag the 4th blade creates.

I just switched my 2001 Maxum 1900SC (4.3L) from a 3 blade to a 4 blade, and what a difference. As everyone says you might lose a few MPH at the very high end, but honestly I never run it all the way up, so the comfort and quick response of the 4 blades is worth it. I just picked up a Quicksilver and used the recommended guide they have on their website.
