I see three options.
Repair or replace or duplicate.
You can buy fiberglass anchor pulpits from a number of sources ex: Butler Marine but that would involve a lot of research to find the right size and of course, fitting it to the boat.

Second option would be to repair the existing one. How far you take it is up to you on the cosmetics, as it looks structurally sound. Fairing out the damaged areas and applying Marine-Tex would be the easiest and produce a fair result. You’ll see some of the patching in the end, but it will at least address the chewed up areas. Next level would be doing a full fiberglass repair where you’d grind down the damage and lay in some chop strand to rebuild the damaged areas, and work the surface to bring it back to original (sanding, fairing/filler, gelcoat).

Last option would be to remove it and make a mold to lay up a totally new one. Lots of work but it’s an option.

Personally, I’d try a tiny spot with the marine-Tex to get an idea of what the final result would look like and go from there. If I really didn’t like the final result, then I’d go for a fiberglass repair laying up some glass to fix the gashes and finish it off with a topcoat.
