There are a couple of options.
1) Find a sink slightly larger and increase the size of the rough cut opening in the counter.
2) Find a sink with slightly different dimensions, then buy a piece of starboard, cut the inner rough cut of the starboard to accommodate the new sink. Cut the outer shape to cover the existing rough cut hole. This may also require some slight modification to the rough cut hole.
Search marine and RV suppliers to find the sink that is closest.
You can try for an EXACT replacement, but that might be challenging.
Also sinks have multiple dimensions. The W x L of the basin and the W x L of the flange. My assumption is that 14 x 16 is the flange measurements.
