Any luck on the swim ladder? I have the same model 2300SC and have issues with it staying in place. I end up using a bungee to keep it from being fish furniture.

If it's the rubber strap that keeps the ladder closed that broke, and if your ladder is made by Windline, you might be able to order just the strap from them.

I did that very same thing on my 2004 2400 SC3.
