Default Spring tune-up (commissioning) question

Hi all,

I tacked up a whopping 37hrs last season and was wondering if it's really necessary to change out the sparkplugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor this spring (per my marina's spring tune-up/commissioning package).

The items listed were installed last spring, and the boat is completely winterized - Given the low usage, does it make sense to pass on them this season?

Thanks!

oh heck no....just one way for the marina to take your gas money....replace them at 300 hrs...but for now ...replace all the oils and filters....grease all fittings.......then wash and wax the snot out of it....but do pull the distributor cap and check it for corrosion or gunk or even cracks.....if you have any..clean it off and put it back..if it's cracked...replace it...but have fun..
