Replacing rotten floor Maxum 1700xr 1991

Is there any tips or help anyone can give me please, not sure how the under floor structure in laid out.

You have two stringers running parallel to the keel. There are bulkheads running perpendicular to the keel. I would get a moisture meter and check the transom. Soft floors are a cancer that creep into the stringers and the transom. This can potentially quickly lead to time and cost far exceeding the value of the boat.
