Default Removing Old Stickers from Boat

I have a bunch of stickers that are either just glue or half ripped on my boat and I'm wondering if anyone has any secrets to getting them off. I bought Goo Off from Home Depot but it doesn't seem to be working that good.

See Below for Picture [/IMG]

Heat gun on low heat then either goof off or debond should work.

It takes some effort to clean it up.

I might add the heat gun will result in a cleaner removal.

Then you might be left with a shadow from the sticker which acetone and some wax compound will take care of that.

Good luck

How about the rubber eraser wheels? I've yet to use one personally, but have heard good reviews. It's supposed to be like pencil eraser rubber on a spindle for your drill...

I use a razor blade and a moderate grit abrasive like a 3m gelcoat Restorer to remove any residue and/or razor marks (if any).

Plus 1 on the rubber eraser wheels. Quick, easy, and won't damage anything.

The rubber eraser wheels work great. I have done several Seadoos with them with great results.
You will still have to deal with ghosting, but that is a different animal.

If its old, you will have definitely have ghosting. Ghosting is a whole different animal to tackle.

The 3m rubber wheel is fantastic. Then Rapid remover for any leftover residue.
